Meet Anthony Lunceford
Anthony Lunceford is an Executive Managing Director for Healthcare Investment Services with Colliers International. He began his career in commercial real estate in 2007 and has quickly become one of the industry’s most respected brokers in his specialty field of healthcare investment real estate. In 2014, 2015, and 2016 he was named to Colliers International’s Everest Club, a distinction reserved for the top ten percent of brokers in the United States, Latin America, and Canada.
Prior to joining Colliers International, Anthony worked with Marcus & Millichap from 2010 to 2013 and Corridor Properties from 2008 to 2010. While at Corridor Properties, his responsibilities included acquisitions and dispositions for a healthcare system operating in Tennessee, North Carolina, and Virginia.
Anthony is a graduate of The University of Tennessee with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the College of Business Administration. He received the CCIM designation in 2009 and SIOR designation in 2014. Anthony is married with two children. In his spare time, he enjoys traveling with his family and training Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
Meet Joe Massa
Joe Massa is an Executive Managing Director for the Healthcare Investments Services group at Colliers International. With an exclusive focus on medical investment real estate, Joe has distinguished himself as a market leader in the sector. Prior to joining Colliers International, Joe worked at Marcus & Millichap from 2007 to 2013. Joe has spent over a decade exclusively focused on the investment real estate market and has transacted on deals coast to coast. In 2014 and 2015 he was named to Colliers International’s Everest Club, a distinction reserved for the top ten percent of brokers in the United States, Latin America, and Canada.
Joe is a graduate of Indiana University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business from the Kelley School of Business. He earned his CCIM designation in 2010 and SIOR designation in 2014. Joe is married with two children and enjoys spending time golfing, boating, and snow skiing.
