Meet Anthony Lunceford
Anthony Lunceford stands as a Senior Managing Director at IPA, marking a stellar career in commercial real estate that took flight in 2007. With a deep specialization in investment real estate, he has rapidly ascended to become one of the industry’s most esteemed brokers. Before his distinguished tenure at IPA, Anthony enriched worked at Colliers International. It was here, alongside Joe Massa, that he co-founded Investment Services. His earlier experience traces back to Corridor Properties from 2008 to 2010. In this role, he navigated the intricate arenas of acquisitions and dispositions for a regional healthcare system with operations spanning Tennessee, North Carolina, and Virginia.
A proud alumnus of The University of Tennessee, Anthony clinched his bachelor’s degree in marketing from the College of Business Administration. His professional acumen is further underscored by the CCIM designation he earned in 2009 and the SIOR designation in 2014.
Beyond work, Anthony is a devoted husband and father of two. His passions extend to traveling with his family and honing his skills in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
Meet Joe Massa
Joe Massa, as a Senior Managing Director at IPA, has carved a significant niche for himself in the realm of investment real estate. His unwavering dedication and expertise in this domain have positioned him as a luminary in the industry.
Before his illustrious association with IPA, Joe made significant contributions at Colliers International. It was in this phase that he, in collaboration with Anthony Lunceford, laid the foundation for Investment Services. With over a decade of razor-sharp focus on the investment real estate market, Joe’s footprint spans transactions across the length and breadth of the nation.
Joe’s academic credentials shine bright with a bachelor’s degree in business from the prestigious Kelley School of Business at Indiana University. Adding feathers to his cap, he secured the CCIM designation in 2010 followed by the SIOR designation in 2014.
On a personal note, Joe is a loving husband and father of four. Away from the rigors of work, he relishes moments golfing, boating, and carving paths on snow-clad slopes.
